Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your dumpster rental needs. To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, please review the following policy details regarding your 15-yard dumpster rental. Booking and Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required to book your dumpster rental. This deposit secures your reservation and covers administrative costs. The deposit will only be refunded if the rental is canceled with more than 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If the customer reschedules a dumpster rental within 48 hours of the delivery date, the deposit will be credited to the rescheduled date. 15-Yard Dumpster Size & Capacity The dumpster you have rented is a 15-cubic yard container. To help you visualize its size, please note that one cubic yard is roughly the size of a standard clothes dryer or washing machine. This size is ideal for medium-sized projects such as garage cleanouts, shed demolitions, or renovation debris. Price includes drop off, pick up, and disposal fees up to 3 ton ($40 per extra ton, max of 5 tons). For reference, a typical load of household trash and furniture is about 1 ton. Wood frame construction debris will tend to be 1.5-2 tons. Heavy materials such as bricks, concrete, rock, dirt, and shingles will be limited to 2ft high in the trailer, as this typically equates to 5 tons for these materials. Prohibited Items For safety and environmental reasons, certain items are strictly forbidden from being placed in the dumpster. If any of the following items are found in the dumpster, they will be removed from the dumpster prior to leaving the site. If prohibited items are located after dumping them at the landfill, any associated fees or fines assessed from the landfill will be charged to your credit card and you will be notified. Forbidden Items include: Tires: Due to regulations at our disposal facilities. Car Batteries: These contain hazardous materials and must be recycled separately. Liquids in quantities of 1 gallon or more each: This includes paint, chemicals, oils, or any other liquids. Smaller, dried-out paint cans are typically acceptable, but liquid quantities greater than 1 gallon are strictly prohibited.
