Have your stuff already outside and ready to go? This option is for you (and it’s the moet flexible for you, you don’t even have to be there when we pick it up!)

Cancellation Policy

As a company, we value your time, and we request that you value our time too. When we book a service for you, that time slot is being held specifically for you, to make sure we are timely and provide you with the best service. For this reason, we respectfully ask that you notify us of your intent to cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice via email, call, or text, so that we can allow another client to fill that spot. Any cancelations or rescheduling made greater than 48 hours in advance will not be assessed a fee. Cancelations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice may be assessed a late cancelation fee of 20% of the quoted service cost, which will be charged to your card on file.
